Graduation registration will open on 20 March 2018. You will be sent an email asking you to complete registration. Registration will close on 20 May 2018. Failure to register by this date will result in you NOT attend the ceremony and your award documents will be posted to your home address. Please be sure to provide details of your own or guest special seating requirements as part of your registration.
Students are reqiured to request up to 2 complimentary tickets as part of their registration process. Extra guest tickets may be available for sale through the online store from 4th June. can be found here
If you have an academic related debt to the University you will be prevented from graduating. All outstanding balances must be cleared by 15 June 2018. You can make a payment online through the epay system. Alternatively, contact SID on 0300 555 0444 (UK callers) or +44 (0)1392 724724 (International callers).
All those who have completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate are eligible to attend the graduation ceremony.
Undergraduate Students: Bachelors with Honours programmes must have successfully passed 300 credits with 60 credits passed in your final year to be eligible to attend the ceremony. Please check with your college once your final marks have been released if you are unsure if you are eligible to attend the ceremony.
Postgraduate Taught Students: You need to have successfully passed all elements of your programme, and have been awarded your degree by 27 June 2018 to be eligible to attend the graduation ceremony
Research Students: Your final thesis and completed examiners report must be submitted by the 13 June 2018. Those who submit the final thesis after this date will be invited to attend the winter ceremony in 2018.

Please be aware that all graduands must wear full academic dress in order to graduate (gown, hood and cap).
You can order your robes online from 20 March 2018. The deadline for ordering robes is 30 June 2018.

Wippell Company are our sole suppliers of academic dress for these events. Graduands are unable to purchase or hire gowns from other suppliers. We kindly request that you do not wear jeans or trainers.
Please wear appropriate footwear for walking up and down the stage steps.
Extra guest tickets (if available) can be purchased through the online store from 4 June 2018 at a charge of each. An email advising when tickets are available to purchase will be sent containing a link to the online store. Tickets can only be purchased through the link that will be sent to graduands.
